Staff and Volunteers

Working as a member of staff at Doncaster YMCA is a great way to get involved in supporting children and young people. We also have a range of unpaid volunteering roles, primarily for people aged 16 to 25.

Our paid staff team is made up of around 20 people of a variety of ages and from a range of backgrounds. We have a good balance of male and female staff across the age groups.

Paid staff roles include working directly with children and young people in our Hostel and Community Centre and supporting our work in many other ways 'behind the scenes'.

Voluntary roles change from time to time. Current details are available on request.
